Just for clarification this achievements is earned in Multiplayer Matches. It can be earned in Ranked or Custom matches. A custom match can be as large as 4v4. Once the match is completed if any one player has this achievement all other players on both teams will unlock it.
Any map can be used and the teams do not have to be balanced. In order to make this as quick as possible get all players (up to 8) in to a game, once the match has started the Host can surrender for the whole team. This will give one win to the opposite team and all players unlock the viral achievement.
