From the Agora, go through the large set of doors to the Vineyard of Dionysus. At the top center, on top of some ceiling rafters, is the Nectar Cellar Key. Then go to Apollo's Palace and go to the Servants' Quarters (slightly left of the center of the area). At the bottom of the Servants' Quarters is a locked door that you can open with the Nectar Cellar Key. At the bottom-right of this new area will be an obscured door that you can open with a lockpick. After opening it, shoot an arrow into it to activate a hidden switch that opens a door to the left. Once you enter this newly-unlocked room, the trophy pops.
